UIDAI-aligned authentication
architectures, offering secure
and efficient biometric capture
for identity applications. It
features a FAP10 fingerprint
image format with an image size
of 256 × 360 pixels, suitable for
standard single-finger
authentication workflows. The
device uses a capacitive
fingerprint sensor, enabling
accurate and reliable fingerprint
capture.
The reader supports multiple USB interface options, including USB Type-A and USB Type-C, allowing flexible integration with a wide range of host systems and deployment environments. It is optimized for fast scanning performance, delivering quick and smooth user interactions while ensuring that fingerprint data is captured securely within the device.
Security features include secure boot, Trust Zone-based encryption, and FTM-supported security mechanisms, helping protect device firmware, cryptographic operations, and biometric data. The device is designed for real-world usage and is suitably protected against dust and water ingress. It is also shock resistant, capable of withstanding accidental drops from a table, making it well suited for assisted service and field deployments.
